Return policy

The returns policy on our website is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a refund.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends after fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not a carrier physically acquires possession of the goods or the last goods, if it is a contract for several goods which the consumer ordered as part of one order and who is delivered separately. from a shipping service that allows you to track your shipment or purchase shipment insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.


You must check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item delivered is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered. This will enable us to assess the problem and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.


We do not offer an exchange service for goods ordered on our website. If you wish to purchase a different item than the one you ordered, we advise you to place a new order and return the item that is not suitable.
