    Withdrawal from the contract

    1. Pursuant to Art. 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), the User may withdraw from the sales contract concluded via the Website without giving reasons by submitting an appropriate declaration on the form within 14 (fourteen) days from date of issue of the Goods. To meet this deadline, it is enough to send the form attached to these Regulations (you can download the form under the Regulations) electronically or via Poczta Polska before its expiry. If the form is sent via e-mail, the Seller will immediately confirm receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the return e-mail address.

    2. The shipment with the returned Goods must be accompanied by the invoice (or other accounting document) received during the purchase and an indication of the bank account number to which the amount paid by the User is to be refunded. The User is obliged to return the Goods no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the Goods before its expiry.

    3. The Seller will immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the User's declaration of withdrawal from the contract, refund all payments made by the User. If the User incurs the costs of delivering the Goods, the Seller will refund the User an amount equal to the cheapest shipping option available on the Website.

    4. The costs of transporting the returned Goods are covered by the User.

    5. The User is not entitled to withdraw from the sales contract in relation to contracts:

    a) for the provision of services, if the Seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the User, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the entrepreneur has completed the service, he or she will lose the right to withdraw from the contract;

    b) benefits which, due to their nature, cannot be returned;

    c) in which the subject of the service is an item manufactured according to the User's specifications or serving his/her individual needs.
