Return policy

1. CARD TIME
The returns policy on our website is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a refund.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends after fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not a carrier physically acquires possession of the goods or the last goods, if it is a contract for several goods which the consumer ordered as part of one order and who is delivered separately. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item of the order must be in the same condition,
as you received it, never worn or used, with tags and in original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase for the item you wish to return. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Goods returned without prior request for return within the specified time period will not be accepted.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform Raskal's Store
about your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. by e-mail) to the address "grzesiakmonika@gmail.com". You can use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

You will have to cover the shipping costs for returning the item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take some time to receive your exchanged item.

If you are sending an item worth more than PLN 150, you should consider using it
from a shipping service that allows you to track your shipment or purchase shipment insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. RETURN POLICY
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send information regarding the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal deadline expires.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND ORDER PROBLEMS

You must check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item delivered is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered. This will enable us to assess the problem and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.

TRADE

We do not offer an exchange service for goods ordered on our website. If you wish to purchase a different item than the one you ordered, we advise you to place a new order and return the item that is not suitable.

4. WITHDRAWAL FORM
If you wish to return an item that meets the conditions, please contact us and request the Raskal's Store returns form
and download it, complete it and email it to us along with proof that you actually purchased the item. produced here. Once we receive your request, we will send you confirmation and acceptance of your right of withdrawal and provide you with steps to return the products to our warehouse. The withdrawal form is not mandatory.

5. RETURN OF PRODUCTS
To make a return, you must provide us with proof of purchase. After contacting us by e-mail, you will receive a return address to which you can return your products. Return costs are borne by the consumer.

6. RETURN
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your chosen method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivered by us), immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from,

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email
with a confirmation. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your application.

If your application is approved, your refund will be processed,

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take time for your refund to be officially posted

Replacement (if applicable)
